Words are like bubbles.
As soon as you let that breath go, the bubbles hang in the air.
And then they pop.
And you cannot put the bubbles back into the jar. Just like you cannot put words back into your mouth.
For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned. Matthew 12:37
I love you, our friendship and your talent of always choosing the right words. Thanks for being my friend

ReplyDeleteGreat reminder... There are a few words I wish I could take back in my life... not a lot... but enough that I still remember them.
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of something I say often, "God, please make my words soft and sweet because tomorrow I may have to eat them."
ReplyDeleteStrong and powerful post... Yes, our words can build up or tear down, and you can often do more with a kind word, than you can with a mean one!
